Yama opens in an inconspicuous small corner in the city. After entering, the atmosphere is particularly right-wooden bar, warm curtains, and chefs making sushi behind the counter. The menu is not fancy, but it has everything it needs: fat salmon sashimi, grilled halibut skirt, several neatly made hand-rolls, and a bowl of hot porpoise bone ramen. It's a good deal to order food in the afternoon market. In the evening, I come over with my friends for a glass of sake and a few bars of sushi. After eating, I'm just right to go home.
