Yoko is the kind of place where you walk by on the street and you will know that you are in the right place by looking at the people waiting for a seat at the door. Sushi, sashimi, and ramen are all available. The portions are real, and the raw fish is fresh enough to taste the salty taste of the sea water. The ramen soup has a thick base, unlike some restaurants where the clear soup is short of water. The owner is Japanese, and the action of cutting fish behind the bar looks very steady.
