Julia's Bistro is the kind of small restaurant where you always want to choose when you ask people out for dinner-the menu is Latin American and is full of small plates like Tapas that are suitable for sharing. You don't have to sit upright and order a whole set, order a few more items, set the table, and everyone takes their own.
