Fuddruckers is the kind of American burger joint where you can smell the aroma of beef patties when you get to the door. The most conspicuous thing in the store is always the open baking table. Watching the meatloaf sizzling and oily on the iron plate, I take a clip to choose the side dishes-lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and pile them as high as I want.
