Quan's Kitchen is the kind of small restaurant you will want to go in and sit in when you pass by. The boss cooked the dishes himself, and the dishes were not fancy, but they tasted stable and were quite comfortable to eat. It's suitable for going after work and when you don't want to cook, or when you're too lazy to work on weekends-order a few dishes and eat slowly without having to rush.
