Joe's OK Bayou can tell from the name that he is from southern Louisiana, with a mixture of Cajun and Creole flavors. Seafood, gumbo, crayfish-if you want to experience the spicy and smoky street feel, you won't step on thunder when you go here. The menu is not fancy, order a po' boy or a pot of gumbo with a cup of iced tea, which is quite delicious.
