The name of Yuzu Ramen & Broffee makes it clear-grapefruit ramen and their "broffee" special drink. The ramen soup is refreshing, with the fragrance of grapefruit peel and slightly sour. It is not greasy to eat, completely different from the thick porpoise bone ramen. Broffee, it's a coffee drink they made at home, and it's quite unexpected to go with ramen. It is suitable for one person to stroll over to have a bowl of noodles, or have a casual dinner with a friend. It will not be too formal and the atmosphere will be relatively relaxed.
