zeit-w-zatar Menu and Prices
Coincidentally, I passed by this small shop called zeit-w-zatar. The name is a bit awkward to pronounce, but you know that za'atar is the all-powerful spice in the Middle East, so you probably know what it sells. The store is not big, and the sesame seeds and thyme floating out of the door taste quite seductive. Their pita cakes are freshly baked, torn and dipped in olive oil and shredded za'atar. They are hot and fragrant. There is also a kind of wrap with labneh and tomatoes, which is suitable for rushing to pick up a piece at noon. This is the right place to go for a stroll, or to have a vegetarian meal for a change on the weekend.
