Zafferano Menu and Prices

Zafferano, based on the name, is related to saffron-it is often the source of the yellowish color found in Italian food. What I cook is a more orthodox Italian meal, not the American modified "giant pasta" style. I have eaten it several times, and I am impressed by the seafood risotto and handmade lasagna. The sauce is collected just right and will not be thin. It is suitable for occasions where you want to have a serious Italian meal and are not in a hurry. It can be a gathering with friends or a date. The price is similar to similar restaurants. It is not cheap but it is not outrageous.
