Yuki-sushi-bar is a serious place to make sushi, not to mess with the fancy ones. The chef behind the bar is quick, the fish is raw and fresh, and the rice is just right-you can eat sushi, hand rolls, or a bowl of hot udon if you want. The place is not big and is often full at night. If you go late, you have to queue up. Suitable for people who don't want to wear formal clothes but just want to eat a good sushi meal.
