The Washington Square Tavern is a typical American neighborhood bar with a very down-to-earth menu. Comfort food such as hamburgers, fried chicken, and sandwiches is available, and the wine list is not fooled. It's good to sit around with friends after work, or to cushion your stomach before watching a football game on the weekend. The atmosphere in the store is quite lively and there is no airs.
