Midwest Grill Menu and Prices
Midwest Grill is the kind of barbecue restaurant you would make a detour to eat on the Midwest road trip. The whole brisket was slowly smoked until it was cut with the knife, and it was scattered. It was served with their sweet and spicy sauce, and a spoonful of coleslaw. After eating, your hands were all covered in oil, but who cared? It is suitable for bringing a group of friends there on weekends, ordering a platter, serving it with a barrel of beer, and tearing meat while talking nonsense. The atmosphere is not pretentious, but the things are real.
