Andrea's Brick Oven, you can tell by the name that it is freshly baked in a brick stove. It is Mediterranean cuisine, and its signature is hot freshly baked pita cakes, which are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are especially fragrant when dipped in hummus or grilled eggplant sauce. The meat rolls and salad portions are also quite practical.
