A G Pizza is a small restaurant that makes Italian pizza. The cake has a thin base and crispy sides, and the ingredients are generous. The dough leavens just right and tastes chewy but not hard. It's suitable for those times when you want to eat serious Italian pizza but don't want to make it too formal-pick up one home from work, or sit down with friends on the weekend and chat. The classic margarita is very stable, and occasionally changes to pepperoni and olives. The taste is quite positive.
